Each commercial product at JV-Extensions, needs to be purchased for a specific duration of 4 months (Silver Plan) or 12 months (Gold Plan) or for lifetime (Platinum Plan for 240 months or 20 years). You will continue to enjoy unlimited downloads, access to online documentation and support forums for that product, for the purchased duration. JV-Extensions is under contract with Plimus and Paypal to process online orders and collect payments for all products at JV-Extensions. Through Plimus, we accept all major credit cards, Electronic Checks, Wire Transfer, Phone, Check and even Paypal payments. If you have a Paypal account and wish to pay using Paypal directly, then you may choose to use Paypal as well. 1. When there are multiple support requests, priority will be given to purchasers of Platinum plan first, and then to Gold plan and then Silver Plan purchasers

2. None of the plans are subscriptions or recurring subscriptions. Access to documentation, support and downloads will cease to exist, after the expiry date for the purchased plan (for Silver and Gold plans).

3. Access will NOT be automatically renewed on date of expiry of plan. You need to manually renew access for the purchased product at discounted renewal rates, to get continued access

4. Our products are GNU GPL licensed and the fee that you pay is for the download, support and documentation services. Once downloaded, you do not have any way to return it. Hence we do NOT provide any refund. So we request you to check the product features and play with the demo, before you decide to purchase the products
