If you're not satisfied with any of our products (and not services), we'll offer you a refund within 7 days of the purchase.
In order to evaluate our products, please test them on our demo website. If you want, we can create admin login for you for our demo site as well upon request. For more info, please contact us. If you are uncertain of a specific feature, please ask a pre-sale question via the community forum or contact us or read the product description.

Each of our products at JV-Extensions, is given in 3 editions - Standard, Professional and Unlimited. All the editions offer the same benefits, and features of the product, except for the number of websites in which the product is supported by us:
- For Standard Edition, we support the product on only ONE website
- For Professional Edition, we support the product on upto THREE of your websites
- For Unlimited Edition, we support the product on unlimited number of your websites

Support Registration for Standard Edition purchases

When you purchase Standard Edition of a product, then you can get support for that product on one website only. You may register the product for your website by sending us an email to support@jv-extensions.com
Once you register the website URL with us, you will not be able to change it after that. Nevertheless you can use the product on localhost installations.
You will be asked to register your website url during the time of purchase.

Support Registration for Professional Edition purchases

When you purchase Professional Edition of a product, then you can get support for that product on maximum of three websites only. You may register your website URLs with us, by sending us an email to support@jv-extensions.com
Once you register the website URLs with us, you will not be able to change it after that. Nevertheless you can use the product on localhost installations.
You will be asked to register your first website url during the time of purchase.

Will purchases be automatically renewed?

No, purchases will not be automatically renewed. To get continued support, product updates, and access to documentation, you must renew your access, after the first year. We will send you an email with the invoice which you can use for renewing.

Should I purchase a new license to use the product on future Joomla! versions?

Upgrades of purchased products, will be free for 1 year from the date of purchase irrespective of the Joomla! version that they are built for. This includes all major and minor releases. For subsequent year, you need to renew your purchase by visiting the Purchases section in Client Area at JV-Extensions website, if you wish. Usage license however, will never expire.

Third party services used by our products

Many of our products provides numerous add-on features, of which some of them utilize 3rd party services. These include, Google for page rank and maps, Alexa for traffic statistics, Shrinktheweb.com and websnapr.com for thumbnail previews and snap.com for website snapshots.
Few of the above services may also require you to create a free account with them, to use the services. Please note that, rendering the response to our requests is solely at the discretion of the owners of the above services. We dont have any control of the script or response of these services. If the service owners reject our requests, then there is a high possibility of these features being discontinued as well. We will not be responsible or be in a position to fix any bugs reported in these services

Unable to download free products or post in forums?

This usually happens, if you have not activated your account, after account registration. Once you register at JV-Extensions, our system sends you an activation email, which contains a link to activate your registered account. You must click on this link, to activate your account. If in case you do not receive the activation email due to some reason, please contact us with the username, and we will activate your account manually.

Do you accept credit card payments?

Paypal and 2CO are authorized by JV-Extensions to accept credit card orders world-wide on our behalf. All transactions happen in the secured website of Paypal or 2CO, who process online orders and collect payments for all products at JV-Extensions.
You may alternatively use Paypal directly from our checkout page to complete the payment as well. In either case, we do NOT store any of your credit card information on our website.

Is any of the products encrypted or encoded?

Once you purchase a product from us, you will get an email from the payment processor (Paypal or 2Checkout), with the receipt of the transaction. Access to downloads, online product tutorials, ticketing system and write access to product support forum will be enabled for your account, once the fraud checks are completed and order is processed successfully
If you use an e-check, then Paypal takes anywhere between 8 to 10 days to process the e-check payment. In such a case, the downloads will be enabled after this period only. If you are using Paypal, to make the payment, please ensure that, your Paypal address is same as the address that you provide at Plimus for correspondence, to ensure that, fraud check mechanism does not take time.
Products can be downloaded using the Downloads menu at the top of the pages.
