yesterday I purchased a subscription to JV-LinkDirectory. I have not received any information on how to download, and the menu download link says I do not have permission. I did not receive any information to the address which paypal uses.

I have since updated the settings so that my email address matches my paypal address, but am still unable to download.

I also sent you an email yesterday to your support address and have not received a reply.

Please help as soon as possible.
