We have not received any notification of any new product purchase, but only renewal requests with no username or follow up email with username.
Kindly let me know whether you purchased the product or renewed the product.

If this is the first time you are purchasing the product, then you must click on "Purchase" page to purchase it.
Instead if you already have the product and want to renew access, then you must renew it.

Unfortunately, we do not accept donations for our commerical products. But you can purchase JV-LD via subscription and then cancel it anytime at Paypal before the term ends, if you do not want to get continued updates and support. Once you cancel the subscription at Paypal, you will not be billed again
