    Default JV-LinkExchanger download, where?

    Hi,
    I come from extension.joomla.org where I see that JV-LinkExchanger is build under GPL licence and "Non-Commercial" type.
    Now, after I made registration on this site, I discover that I must buy to download it!
    Where I'm wrong?
