I clicked on "Renew subscription" and paid the 15 bucs. All was completed regarding payment, but my account don't reflect the fact that i renewed. Why is this?

I clicked on "Renew subscription" and paid the 15 bucs. All was completed regarding payment, but my account don't reflect the fact that i renewed. Why is this?
Why cant i download?

As already mentioned in the renewal page, the activation for renewal is manual and it would take a maximum of 24 hours for the activation to be done.
In your case, we received the renewal request at 5.20 AM and we have done the activation now (9.20 AM). Your access has been extended by 1.5 years.
Thank you for renewing the access. You may now proceed to Customer Area to download the product.
