You agree to the terms and conditions when you signup for a free account with us and also before you download and use our products. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. Your registration, website usage, download, purchase or use of our products indicate that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

1. Our code is NOT encrypted. You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may not change or remove the copyright information in the headers of any file. You may however remove the copyright from the footer if needed.
2. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products
3. Our products are always designed for the latest stable version of Joomla!, but we can give no guarantee, that the products will run with future versions of these CMS's. Members may use our Support forums to address any issues related to software versions and updates.
4. Once you make the payment, you will be able to download the product immediately, except in cases, when you use an e-check to purchase or when your order is being verified for fraud checks
5. JV-Extensions does not warranty or guarantee our products in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, as there is currently no certification process for such components.
6. We offer support as a part of your purchase. If you have a question you think others have too please post it on the forum. We try our best to respond within 24 hours but we can't guarantee it.
7. JV-Extensions reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.
8. We do not force users to signup for newsletters, participate in surveys or signup as affiliates, but we do recommend users, as they help us serve you better with monetary gain too.
9. You may use the GPL licensed extensions on all your websites
10. Support is provided as a part of the purchase for limited/unlimited number of domains, based on your purchase
11. Purchases will NOT be automatically renewed. To get continued support, product updates, and access to documentation, you must renew your access.
12. Support will include bug fixes, issue discussions, answers to queries, new feature discussions, etc...
13. Customizations to your extension installation will NOT be a part of support and this will have to be purchased separately

Important Board Usage Rules:

1. We want to run this forum with a good non-spammy service to our customers. We are highly intolerant towards SPAM. Any user who posts SPAM message in any of the forums in our boards will be banned for 1 month and the message will be physically deleted immediately. Subsequent attempts to post SPAM after lifting of ban, will result in permanent ban of the user.
2. We invite advertising of your websites using signatures. You can also introduce yourself and your business in the Member Greetings forum. We reserve the right to delete any message that appears to be spammy in these folders and signatures as well.
3. Please do not share your Joomla! account information in the forum threads. Please share it only in the Private Messages (PM) and that too, only with authorized support personnel. We have the support personnel assigned to as, Moderators. So we request you to PM your account info, (if you do) with Moderators and board Administrator only.
4. We request our users to let us know in the respective forum thread, when their issue is solved, so that it will be helpful to others who browse the website for similar issues.
5. We reserve the right to close any thread that has not been replied to by customers, for more than 1 month. This is to prevent further dissimilar issues or time expired replies to be posted in the same thread and prevent thread hijacking.
6. Please make sure that you post questions in appropriate forums and categories. We will move the thread to appropriate forums and categories, if they have been posted in the wrong places.

Refund Policy:

We sell software products that are open source, and digitally delivered to customers. Hence we do not provide refunds under any conditions.

We understand that it is impossible for us to test our software on every platform and every configuration it may encounter on other servers. Therefore if you are unable to get our software up and running on your server after purchasing the software then please contact us and we will do everything within our knowledge and experience to get our software to work on your server. Please note that failure to solve a reported problem, does not mean that refunds will be given, as the issues could be related to other Joomla components, plugins, modules, templates or Joomla itself.

If you are not agreeing to the above refund policy, please do not purchase our software. We re-iterate again, that refunds will not be given under any circumstances
