We understand this completely and are providing the JV-LD customization service to handle such situations exclusively. Customizations are any code changes to JV-LD component or module or plugins, required specifically for your website.
Customization Fee:
We charge a fee of US $15 per hour for our customization work on JV-LD. If you have an active JV-LD purchase with Gold or Platinum plan, then we charge you only US $10 per hour.
We implement custom work in the following way:
- You contact us with the customization request, explained in detail
- We will do a study of the customization and will respond back with in 48 hours (maximum) with our quote.
- The quote will contain the rough estimation of the effort (in person hours) and rough estimation of price.
- We will contact you, even before 48 hours, if we need any specific information on the requirement.
- Once agreed, we will let you know the time frame - start and end dates, so that the same can be discussed and decided.
- We will keep you updated on the status of the work, along with actual effort consumed till date, by e-mail, periodically
- You agree to provide the necessary access information for your websites to enable us to do the activities
- If the estimation is more than USD 250, then 40% of the rough estimated price needs to be paid in advance, before we commence our work.
- The remaining amount shall be paid after we complete the activities and you accept the customizations.
- All payments need be made via Plimus. The invoice and link to pay at Plimus, will be raised at the appropriate junctures to enable you to make the payment
- JV-Extensions reserves the right to incorporate the implemented customization as a product feature in the subsequent official versions of JV-LD.
