Please note that as per the purchase terms, only customers who have bought Enterprise Editions of our products have access to dedicated Ticket System (in addition to support forums). Those who have purchased the Business Edition only have access to Support Forums, where questions/bugs can be posted. So if you observe Access Denied message in Ticket system, please check if you have purchased the Business Edition, and if yes you may post your question in the support forum. If you need to use the Ticketing system, then you can upgrade to Enterprise Edition from My Account - My Purchases screen. All your questions be it in Forum or Ticket System will be answered by our technical staff.
