Refund Policy

We want to make public our policy on refunds so that there is no confusion.

We do NOT offer any cash refunds or exchanges. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software can be easily duplicated. Accordingly, it is our policy that once we have distributed a release version to a customer, the sale is final, and you may not return the software for a refund or credit. Please be cautious and make sure you know what you are purchasing.

If you find a bug in our software, you can report it in our Support Forums and we will fix it in the next version. Finding a bug is not a reason to request a refund.

We do not issue refunds if:

  •     You find a bug
  •     You just change your mind and want your money back
  •     You choose not to use our product
  •     You find that our product doesn't suit your needs
  •     Our working hours are not compatible with yours

We provide a live demo website (please refer to the demo links at the top of the page under menu) where you can see our products in action. You can also play around with the Joomla admin panel and see the various administration interfaces as well. If you have any questions, please do post in our pre-sales forum or contact us. You are responsible for getting your queries clarified about the products that you want to purchase and this cannot be a reason for requesting refund from us.
