Upgrades will be free for the duration of your purchase, and this includes all major and minor releases. Usage license however, will never expire. You can continue using our products on your website, even after your purchase expires. Please note that we do not guarantee any minor/major update within the duration of your subscription as development schedule is independent of your purchase date.

Yes, you may install our product on more than one domain, however support will be given only to the websites registered with us. This depends on the edition of the product that you purchase as each edition varies with the number of websites supported.

No. No part of our source code is encoded. You will have access to every line of the code which you can modify to your liking.

We do not offer refunds for purchased products. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses are non-tangible irrevocable goods that can be easily duplicated. Accordingly, it is our policy that once we have distributed a release to a customer, the sale is final. The software can therefore not be returned for refund, except when you have not downloaded the purchased software yet, or when you are charged multiple times for a single purchase.

Purchases are NOT automatically renewed. If you wish to renew, you may please do so by visiting the "My Account - My Purchases" menu and choosing the purchase that you wish to renew. Renewal is optional. If you do not renew your subscription you may still use the product forever on your websites, but you will not be able to download updates/upgrades, access online documentation and get product support.
